You can use our FS+ teeth whitening powder with or without toothpaste. Both methods are effective, so it's down to your own preference.

Use without toothpaste

Wet your toothbrush and dip it into our FS+ powder until the brush head is covered in powder. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit out and rinse your mouth after use.

Wet your toothbrush and add toothpaste. Then gently dip your toothbrush into the powder until the toothpaste is covered. Brush for 2 minutes. Spit out and rinse your mouth after use.
