Refunds or exchanges

We care about our customers and want you to have a great experience with us. Therefore, we stand behind all our products and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! This means that you can risk-free use our products for 30 days to test if they are right for you.

Should you, contrary to expectations, be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate your refund or exchange, please send us an email at info@finesmile.dk, stating your order number and your request for exchange or return.

Approval of returns

You will lose your right of withdrawal if the item has significant signs of use and is not in the same condition as when you received it. Please return the item in the packaging (bag and cardboard box) in which you received it or other secure packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also send you an email when your refund is approved. If your return is approved, we will refund the full purchase amount.

Shipping

To return your product, you must first send us an email at info@finesmile.dk. You are responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the item. You should consider getting tracking for the return of your package. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned package.
