PRICES

In case of delays, backorders or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible, and what we can do in the matter - e.g. give you your money back, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

DISCOUNTS

All discounts that have not been sent and published in connection with Black Week, i.e. from 8:00 PM on November 19, 2023 to 11:59 PM on November 27, 2023, are invalid during this special period. Discounts will be active again after the period ends.

PAYMENT

FineSmile accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT.

DELIVERY and shipping rates

FineSmile aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We ship throughout Denmark. All orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days.

Free delivery on purchases over DKK 599.

Get free delivery to a parcel shop or home address when you shop for over DKK 599.

For purchases under DKK 599, delivery to a parcel shop costs DKK 29, and home delivery costs DKK 39. All your items are delivered quickly and securely with DAO.


NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service.
Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

A 2-year right to complain is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right to complain applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If you complain within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Remember to also get a receipt for dispatch, so we can refund your shipping costs. Contact us before you want to return your product.
For returns, complaints and exercise of the right of withdrawal, the item must be sent to:

Shipments sent COD (cash on delivery) are not accepted.

REFUND

If a refund is to be made, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES DURING SALES
Products and orders cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged during sales periods, special offer campaigns, or with special discounts.
Withdrawal from a purchase is only refunded up to the value the product/order has during the sale period where any withdrawal and the possibility thereof is expressed both before, during and after the sale period.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the purchase date.

The deadline means that you have 30 days from the purchase date to inform us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must send an email to info@finesmile.dk. You can also use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously notifying us.

Should you cancel your purchase where a free gift is included with the order, the entire order must be returned.

RETURNS

Once you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the return of the package yourself, and you are liable if damage occurs during transport. This means that you bear the risk for the condition of the item from the time you receive it until we have received it back.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. To expedite processing time, please include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

If you wish to send the item back to us, we can assist with a label, and we will then credit the shipping costs when we refund your purchase amount.

CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item, and it should be in the same condition as when you received it.

If the item has extraordinary signs of use or damage beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This may mean that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item when we receive it.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore test the item for 30 days.

REPAYMENT

If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided documentation that you have returned it.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS

A complaint about an item or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

To complain, the item or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. There is a fee for having the complaint processed.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint to the EU Commission's online complaint platform.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is registered with FineSmile and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

FineSmile is the data controller.

You have the right to be informed about what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we needed it.
